Current member of the Rose Institute Board of Governors and former speaker of the California Assembly, Bob Hertzberg, was recently named the Democratic Co-Chair of the organization California Forward. Mr. Hertzberg replaces Leon Panetta, who left the organization to become the head of the Central Intelligence Agency. California forward is a bi-partisan organization whose goal is to reform and improve California government.
