These supervisors are willing to take taxpayers' money for their own six-figure slush funds, which they use to reward supporters and insure their reelection. They are willing to fund projects like the "Ugly Dog Parade" in Oceanside, rather than provide adequate food stamps for poor families or homecare for the elderly, blind and disabled. Their arrogance, greed and insensitivity are astounding.
